The Super Puff 1000™

Designed as the lightest and most technical Super Puff to date, this project focused on achieving maximum thermal performance at a significantly reduced weight. Leveraging 1000+ fill-power goose down and the proprietary PUFF360™ construction, the coat delivers equivalent warmth to the original Super Puff™ while weighing approximately half as much.

As both Creative and Technical Designer on the project, I led the development of the garment from concept through execution, with a focus on ultralight construction, thermal efficiency, packability, and elevated functional detailing.

The final product combined expedition-inspired functionality with a streamlined visual language, resulting in an ultralight insulated jacket engineered for warmth, mobility, and everyday usability.
