Aritzia - The SuperSnug Puff₂o™

As Technical Designer on this franchise, I contribute to functional design integration, construction engineering, and trim system development across the platform. The SuperSnug Puff2O™ reimagines The SuperSnug Puff™’s signature hourglass silhouette within a fully waterproof insulated system engineered to deliver reliable thermal protection and weather resistance while maintaining comfort, mobility, and everyday wearability.

The design combines sealed seam construction and bonded channel engineering to reduce moisture ingress and improve insulation reliability in prolonged wet-weather conditions. Insulated with 700+ fill-power responsibly sourced premium down, the system was developed to deliver high warmth-to-weight performance while maintaining lightweight loft retention within a sculpted fit architecture.
